  1. In a bowl, mix minced meat, gram flour, crushed coriander, pomegranate seeds, red chili powder, turmeric, all-spice powder, and salt. Add chopped tomatoes, onion, green chilies, and coriander leaves.
     
  2. Add 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of butter. Mix everything very well.
     
  3. Make large patties from the mixture. Fry them on a hot griddle until golden brown.
     
  4. Garnish with fresh salad and serve hot!
