How to make it
1. STEP
In a bowl mix together mince gram flour, crushed coriander pomegranate seeds, crushed red pepper turmeric powder, all spice powder and salt to taste, chopped tomatoes, onion, green chilies and coriander leaves.
2. STEP
Then add 1 egg and 2 tbsp butter. Mix very well.
3. STEP
Form large patties with the mince mixture. Then fry in a large griddle until golden brown.
4. STEP
Garnish with fresh salad and serve!

Green chillies 5
Coriander leaves a bunch
Rabi coking oil half litre
Butter 2 tbsp
Gram flour 3 tbsp
Egg 1
Crushed coriander seeds 2 tbsp
Pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp
Crushed red pepper2 tbsp
Turmeric powder1 tbsp
All spice powder1 tbsp
Salt to taste
