Chicken Korma
Everybody loves chicken korma! One of the wonders of Pakistani cooking. It is full of spices and can leave your taste buds with a fantastic feel. It is one of the best dishes to be made when any guests are coming over or for any special event. You can serve it with naans or chapatti, raita, and salad.

How to make it
1. STEP
Add some oil in the pan and let it heat.
2. STEP
Now add some ghee, cardamom, garlic, and cloves in the pan and mix it well.
3. STEP
Cook for 2-3 minutes and add salt, coriander and chili powder in it.
4. STEP
Now add chicken and cook it again for 2-3 minutes. After that add sliced onions, yogurt and ginger paste in the pan and cook it for about one minute.

Now add garam masala and saffron in the mix.
6. STEP
Make sure that the chicken and gravy mix well with another, and if the sauce is very thick, you can add some water into it.
7. STEP
After mixing it well, cover it and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes. Remember to keep the fire low. Serve this famous dish of Pakistani cooking with raita and salad.

Chicken (½ kg)
Rabi Cooking Oil (1 cup)
Rabi Vegetable Ghee (3-4 tsp.)
Cardamoms (almost 7)
Cloves (5 or 6)
Garlic (2 tsp.)
Coriander powder and chili (1tbsp)
Salt (as much as needed)
Ginger paste (1 tsp.)
Yogurt (1 small bowl)
Sliced onions (2)
Garam masala (1 tsp.)
Some saffron mixed in water.
