How to make it
Heat Rabi cooking oil in a frying pan and add onion and garlic. Fry till golden brown and then add all chopped vegetables Fry until tomatoes extract their juice |
Add red chili powder, salt and pepper. Beat the eggs with the milk and a dash more of salt and pepper. Pour eggs into vegetable mixture in pan. |
When bottom is set , turn the side of omelette. Cook just a little more until the egg is completely set.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
